Maureen Wilner is the founder of The Wilner Group, a professional staffing and talent management firm based in Montvale, NJ. Maureen’s talent and enthusiasm for finding the right fit permeates every aspect of her dealings. She has a knack for distilling the various facets of a business, from the broad strokes of a company’s culture to the details of a specific job’s requirements, in order to identify the best resources. Before launching The Wilner Group, Maureen was a Division Director for the Consulting Practice at a large staffing agency. She began her career at a multinational company in the Internal Audit function supporting Canada to Argentina. In addition to her staffing expertise, Maureen has two adult boys who live locally; a dog and a cat. She is a consummate hostess and loves throwing parties with her husband. She loves the physical and mental energy from exercising and enjoys her recently discovered aptitude for golf. She is a graduate of The Berkeley School and holds a BS in Business Management.
