Sweat for Pascack Hills Senior Class- A Montvale Wellness Experience

Sweat for Pascack Hills Seniors is a community wellness event hosted by the Montvale Chamber of Commerce, bringing together local businesses, families, and neighbors for a morning focused on health, wellness, and giving back.

Join us on Sunday, November 22 from 9:30 AM–12:00 PM for an expo-style event featuring local wellness vendors, interactive booths, giveaways, free services, helpful resources, an exercise class, food, fun, and more!

Come discover local businesses, try something new, and enjoy a morning of healthy living — all while supporting a great cause. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Pascack Hills Senior Class.
